Luna loved first kisses. She collected them like happy mementos and at night, would warm herself with the memories of each.
Like right after she was born and her mother held her in her arms and kissed her softly on her forehead. That one Luna had no memory of until her father showed it to her, but she cherished it just the same.
The first kiss she got from a non-family member was from a levasine, a talking frog that flew through her window one morning as a child and she kissed it to make a wish.
The first kiss she received from a boy was at Hogwarts in her fifth year. He was a Gryffindor, a year younger than her, and for a Gryffindor, he was a shy thing. It was probably a dare from the other boys in his year, but Luna didn't care. He tiptoed to kiss her on the lips and she cherished the sweetness.
Luna's best first kisses though came later in her life. Those were the first kisses with her boyfriend who became her husband, and the first kisses she gave when her children were born.
Though her friends would never believe her, Luna knew that first kisses were magical.
