Jared slung his arm around Jensen's shoulder as he raised his beer bottle with his other hand. "To my buddy, Jensen. He can't act to save his life, but we lie to him anyway and say he's the greatest."
"To Jensen!" The rest of their friends shouted as Jensen laughed.
Jared placed his lips on the rim of his bottle and drank as his eyes caught their reflection, his and Jensen's, in the window of the bar they were in. They looked happy, content. Jared turned his head so his lips could graze Jensen's temple and he whispered.
"Love you."

Jensen twirled Jared in his arms as they walked through the streets of Vancouver. "Thanks for the party, Jay. It was a blast."
"Aw, was nothing. You know I love spoiling you." Jared grinned as he gave him a sloppy kiss where anyone could see.
Jensen laughed and pushed Jared away before yanking him right back again. He caught their reflection in a shop's window, the two of them happy and free. Jensen nuzzled Jared, hands roaming, and out of the corner of his eye, he watched his reflection do the same.
"Gonna take you home, Jay. Gonna love you."
